Lately I've been giving the Host her own catalog with her name on it (I write "Sue's Catalog. Let the shopping begin! ") when I give her the guest list. This gives her some extra time to get excited about her show and our products

For a Catalog show, I usually put 5 catalogs in the packet. I will give more if it seems like they'll actually use them.

Catalog Show = 5 cattys and 10 OOF's
I make sure they know they can copy extras of the order forms, and if they need extra catty's I will get them some!

Hostess Packets are promotional materials provided to hosts of Pampered Chef parties. They typically include product catalogs, order forms, and information about the host rewards program. These packets are important for website orders because they help hosts effectively communicate the benefits of hosting a party and encourage their guests to place orders online, ultimately increasing sales and rewards for the host.
To effectively promote your website link in Hostess Packets, include it prominently on all materials within the packet. Use eye-catching graphics or bold text to draw attention to the link. Additionally, provide clear instructions on how to use the link to place orders and emphasize any special promotions or discounts available for online orders.
Encourage hosts to share personal stories about their favorite products and how they use them, as this can create a personal connection. Suggest that they offer incentives for guests who order online, such as a small raffle or a discount on future purchases. Remind hosts to follow up with guests after the party to thank them and remind them about the online ordering option.
You can track the success of website orders by using the reporting tools available in your Pampered Chef consultant dashboard. Monitor the number of orders placed through each host's link and compare them to previous parties. Additionally, ask hosts for feedback on how many guests mentioned they ordered online, which can help you gauge the effectiveness of your Hostess Packets.
Pampered Chef provides a variety of resources to help you create effective Hostess Packets, including customizable templates, product images, and marketing materials. You can also find training videos and tips from other successful consultants in the consultant community. Utilizing these resources can help you design packets that are visually appealing and informative, making it easier for hosts to engage their guests.
