Has anyone stayed here before? How far is the walk? Is it nice?

I think it's a pretty fancy place. Have you check out the rates? That's not right by any of the conference hotels, but from what I"m picturing downtown, you could walk to the Sheraton in about 10-15 minutes maybe? Years ago, the Hyatt on Wacker Drive used to be a conference hotel and it's right down the street from that. You'd want to be somewhat close to a conference hotel to be able to catch one of the shuttles to and from McCormick Place.
