The gist is that when you type certain words here, the filter was ****ing them out because parts would be considered bad words. It is meant to avoid porn.
However, it kept us from typing things like cocktail party or cockatoo because of the word in it, which totally confused innocent people who couldn't figure out the words.
So, since Chef Success is pretty "clean", Greg turned off the filter.
