What Is Considered Your First Month

SUMMARY

The discussion centers on the policy regarding the 30-day special period for new sign-ups, specifically addressing whether this period carries over into the next month if a user signs up mid-month. Bobby's experience indicates that the 30-day period is calculated from the sign-up date rather than the end of the month, as evidenced by his welcome letter stating a deadline of 10/19 after signing on 9/12. This suggests a shift in policy to ensure all users have a consistent 30-day experience regardless of their sign-up date.

When I signed, it was Feb 18th and I had until the end of March to work on my first 30 day special. Do they still carry over to the next month if you sign in the middle of a month? Thanks,

Bobby

I signed on 9/12 and my welcome letter said my 30 days was over on 10/19 (I think a month after expected delivery of the kit).

I guess they are not going by the actual end of a month anymore. That would give everybody the same number of days. Thanks
