This thread explores the concept of the "changeover box" provided by Pampered Chef to consultants during seasonal transitions. Participants share their experiences regarding the contents of the box, eligibility criteria, and the impact of changes in the materials included.
Views differ regarding the contents of the changeover box, particularly concerning the inclusion of DVDs and recipe cards. Some participants express disappointment over missing items, while others share that they received their expected contents. There is no clear consensus on the impact of the transition to online videos.
Participants are primarily consultants discussing their personal experiences with the changeover box and the implications of being active or inactive during the relevant months.
Consultants who are new to Pampered Chef or those preparing for seasonal changes may find the shared experiences and insights relevant to their understanding of the changeover box process.

Changeover kits don't show up on shipment status. There's a sneaky way to check under Product Adjustments, though.
Go to Product Adjustments, and click on "agree to terms." Then click the "I don't know the show number" link. Pick this year and order type ALL. The list that comes up will include all shipments from HO to you. Those with a "G" in the middle are earned things: sell a thon, changeover pack, etc. Use that number as a reference number on the FedEx site (REFERENCE number, not tracking number).

A Changeover Box is a special kit provided by Pampered Chef that contains a selection of products and materials designed to help consultants transition between different product lines or seasonal promotions. It typically includes new items, marketing materials, and tools to assist in showcasing the latest offerings to customers.
To obtain a Changeover Box, you need to be an active Pampered Chef consultant. You can order one through your consultant portal during designated changeover periods, which are announced by the company. Make sure to check your email or the Pampered Chef website for updates on availability.
Yes, there is usually a fee for the Changeover Box, which varies depending on the contents and the specific promotion. The cost is typically subsidized to make it affordable for consultants, and it is a valuable investment for showcasing new products.
Once you place your order for the Changeover Box, it usually ships within a few weeks. The exact delivery time can vary based on your location and the time of year, so it's a good idea to keep an eye on shipping notifications in your consultant portal.
No, the items included in the Changeover Box are pre-selected by Pampered Chef to ensure that all consultants receive the same promotional materials and products. This standardization helps maintain consistency in marketing and sales efforts across the board.
