Ok so i'm confused. I THINK my second recruit is signing today. What does that mean? I know it will make me a Future Director (right?) but what else does it mean?

How much do I make off my recruits?
Do I have to have my own sales that month to make money off them?
And do I get a raise or bonus in my commission?
How many points to I get for my incentive?
Anything else I should know?

Sorry for so many questions, I just want to make sure I know what to expect.

You will get 1% override on your sales and your recruits' sales (not their recruits, however) in months that you do $1250 or more personally.
You will get 2000 points for your recruits that qualify this incentive year - if they qualify without going inactive.Congrats!
