Just wondering if anyone was having problems changing info in their newsletter. I'm unable to change any information and some of the pictures are not coming through. Any suggestions? This hasn't happened to me in the past. TIA

You need to hit forward before you can make changes. I have been frustrated before when I didn't realize that.

Let Joy know about your problems with the newsletters. She is awesome about helping and really cares! I know she's on vacation right now but send her an email and she'll help as soon as she can.

If you have had multiple problems, why haven't you told Joy before? She can't correct what she doesn't know about! I love her newsletter and never have any trouble forwarding and making it personalized as needed. I love it and so do my customers!

I have emailed her and she is aware of it

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if my newsletter changes are not saving?

If your newsletter changes are not saving, try refreshing the page and reapplying the changes. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try using a different browser. If none of these steps work, contact customer support for further assistance.

How can I fix picture issues in my newsletter?

To fix picture issues in your newsletter, first check the image format and size. Ensure that the images are in a supported format (like JPEG or PNG) and that they do not exceed the maximum file size limit. If the images still do not display correctly, try re-uploading them or using a different image hosting service.

Why are some images not appearing in the newsletter preview?

If some images are not appearing in the newsletter preview, it may be due to broken links or incorrect file paths. Double-check the URLs of the images to ensure they are correct. Additionally, verify that the images are uploaded to the correct location and that they are publicly accessible.

What should I do if my newsletter layout looks different after changes?

If your newsletter layout looks different after making changes, check for any formatting errors or misplaced elements. Sometimes, changes can shift the layout unexpectedly. Use the preview feature to see how the newsletter will appear to recipients and adjust the formatting as needed. If issues continue, consider reverting to a previous version of the newsletter.

How can I ensure my newsletter is mobile-friendly?

To ensure your newsletter is mobile-friendly, use responsive design techniques that automatically adjust the layout based on the screen size. Keep images and text within recommended size limits, and test the newsletter on various devices before sending it out. Most newsletter platforms offer a preview option for different screen sizes to help you with this.
