PLEASE NOTE: There is some fine print somewhere on their website stating that you are only allowed ONE, 1, ONE BAG!
MAKE VERY SURE TO COMPLY - WE HAD A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNSAFE JOURNEY HOME LAST YEAR because of the amount of luggage stowed in the isles. Just liek an airline you can bring a carry on bag to your seat but it can not take up a seat!

Their site also indicates 50 lbs. or less for the checked bag. They don't weigh them, but if the driver (who is usually the person loading them) thinks it's too heavy, they can refuse to take it.

I completely agree with you. It's important to always read the fine print and follow the rules set by the company. It's not only for our own safety and comfort, but also for the safety and comfort of others. It's not fair to inconvenience others by bringing too much luggage and taking up space in the aisles. Let's all make an effort to comply with the rules and have a smooth and enjoyable journey for everyone.
