I haven't yet but I wouldn't object to it. As long as you can adapt the recipe using many PC products that should be OK. You just may not sell any cookbooks. I have many recipes that I would love to demo at a show, however, PC has so many great recipes that I find myself using theirs. :chef:

I found these - but I am not at home, so I have NO IDEA if they have Pepperoni in them: Just thought that they looked like they MIGHT.

8 ounces uncooked spaghetti noodles
1 cup baby carrots
1 medium zucchini
25 pepperoni slices
1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

DIRECTIONS:

1. With adult help: Cook the spaghetti in a large (4-quart) saucepan, following the directions on the package. Using Oven Mitts, carefully drain the spaghetti in a large Colander. Run cold water over the spaghetti and drain it well. Put the cooked spaghetti in a mixing bowl.

2. With adult help: Chop the carrots with a Food Chopper. Cut the zucchini into four (4) or five (5) chunks using a knife, then chop it with the food chopper. Cut the pepperoni slices in half using kitchen shears or a knife. Add the carrots, zucchini and pepperoni to the spaghetti.

3. Grate the Parmesan cheese over the spaghetti using the a cheese grater. Pour the salad dressing over the spaghetti mixture and mix it well. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least one (1) hour. Enjoy!

Makes 6 servings.

Helpful Hint: To make bell pepper stars, cut a bell pepper in half from end to end and scrape out the seeds. Place a pepper half skin side down on a cutting board. Place a 1-inch cookie cutter over the pepper and push down firmly to cut through the pepper.
