Ready for a new career in cooking demonstrations?

Greetings from Amenia, New York! I am a 42 year old single mother of four and grandmother of one. I work full time as a director of programs at the local community center but am SO ready to change careers. I needed something to help me contribute to my retirement and something to retire with beside pushing carts at Walmart.

My area is very rural but I am in a tri-state local (CT-MA-NY) and just a short drive to many larger areas. I've been a long-time foodie who loves to cook but am lousey at it most of the time because I don't have the time and didn't have the right tools. I look forward to my PC business to allow me to devote more time doing what I fantacize about, holding cooking demonstrations while getting paid!

I had never attended a PC show nor owned even one PC item until I recently signed on. I am shooting for the SS rewards and bonuses and can't wait to hear what the trip is for this year!
