DebbieJ said:I use both. I use the PC FC one for my business and personal details, but I use the free one from PC to show my calendar to potentional hosts at shows. They don't need to see my day to day stuff, you know?

But it all boils down to personal preference. Calendars are like purses/wallets. Everyone is used to one way of doing things, and it's such a personal decision that no one solution will satisfy everyone.

I liked the super starter calendar because it could take a beating and I was a bit disappointed when I got my new one. I don't think it will hold up. I was thinking of ordering the covey ane but I am not sure.
Does anyone have one and absolutley LOVE it.
Or absolutely HATE it.
and of course why.
Thanks
I couldn't agree more!!I love my planner from HO - it's perfect for me
HO stands for Home Office, which refers to the corporate side of Pampered Chef that handles overall operations, support, and resources for consultants. FC stands for Field Consultant, which emphasizes the experiences and insights of consultants in the field. The main difference lies in the perspective: HO focuses on corporate strategies, while FC highlights real-world experiences and practices.
Effectiveness can vary based on individual preferences and styles. Some consultants find that HO planning provides structured guidance and resources that help them stay organized and focused on their goals. Others may prefer FC planning for its flexibility and adaptability to real-life situations, allowing them to pivot based on customer interactions and feedback.
Consider your working style and what motivates you. If you thrive on structure and enjoy following a set plan, HO might be more beneficial. Conversely, if you prefer a more dynamic approach that allows for adjustments based on customer engagement, FC could be the better choice. You might also try both methods to see which resonates more with your business practices.
Yes, Pampered Chef provides various resources for both HO and FC planning. The Home Office offers training materials, webinars, and planning tools through their consultant portal. Field Consultants often share their insights, tips, and strategies through social media groups, forums, and personal blogs, which can be invaluable for learning from peers.
Absolutely! Many successful consultants find that a hybrid approach works best for them. You can use the structured resources from HO while also incorporating the flexibility and real-world insights from FC. This combination allows you to create a personalized planning strategy that aligns with your unique business goals and customer interactions.
