My Top 5: January-February Report

Click For Summary
Top-selling Pampered Chef products from January 1 to February 28, 2010, include the Mix 'N Chop, Salad Chopper, Deep Covered Baker, Digital Pocket Thermometer, and Mini-Serving Spatula. The Mix 'N Chop is consistently highlighted as a key item, with a goal to have it in every kitchen, suggesting it drives interest in other products. The Deep Covered Baker's sales were unexpectedly strong, with multiple users leveraging it in their demonstrations, particularly for recipes like Loaded Baked Potato Chowder and 15 Minute Fajitas. A trend is noted where sellers focus on recipes that feature their top-selling tools to boost sales. An overview of cumulative sales shows significant quantities sold, including hundreds of Mix 'N Chops and Food Choppers, but fewer Deep Covered Bakers, indicating a need for strategic promotion of that item. Overall, the discussions reflect a strong emphasis on effective product demonstrations and their impact on sales.

Okay, so I kind of like my top five for the year so far. I ran a report from January 1, 2010 to February 24, 2010.

Here is my list:
2583 Mix 'N Chop 39
2582 Salad Chopper 13
1321 Deep Covered Baker -- Cranberry 13
2242 Digital Pocket Thermometer 12
2622 Mini-Serving Spatula 11

I kind of have this thing going with myself that I want a Mix'N Chop in everyone's kitchen. Even though I am not using it this month in my demonstration, I am still talking about it. My thought is that if I get everyone to use it and love it, they will want more Pampered Chef products.

I am especially happy the Salad Chopper and Deep Covered Baker are in my top five! I am using the Baker at every show possible from now on. In January I used it for the Loaded Baked Potato Chowder and in February the 15 Minute Fajitas.

Thanks for the inspiration - I just ran mine, too for Jan 1 2010 thru today...here's what I got. I am thrilled to be selling so many DCBsI must say, I am not surprised with my top sellers (although am surprised that the DCB was in there) based on my demos lately - I have done a lot of the Grilled Chicken Penne al Fresca and use all of the tools in my top 5 during that demo.2583 Mix 'N Chop 53
2158 Dripless Pourer/Stopper 48
2578 Garlic Peeler & Slicer Set 44
1321 Deep Covered Baker -- Cranberry 42
2506 Kitchen Spritzer 35

I've done 15 shows this year. I have only been (or mostly been) doing DCB recipes to really sell those DCBs since that's where the $ is and the bookings are.

And I ran a "all dates" that said I sold 183 DCB's (Cran. and White), 300 Food Choppers and 596 Mix-N-Chops.

I did my first show in January, 2006. Interesting info....thanks for bringing it up!
