Where are you guys? I weighed in today at the gym. I had a bad week. A lot on my plate, no pun intended. Head cold. Didn't go diligently to the gym. Gained 1.2 pounds. Back to it next week. The good news, looks like I'm in the semi-finals for our Biggest Loser. I won't win the big $$ though, because I can't compete with the runner who has lost 40+ pounds. That's okay. In order to win the big thing, I'd have to attend the last weigh in on July 14. You guessed it! NC. I won't be weighing in. I'll be in Chicago! I'll be thinner and still get my vacation.

That's a win-win. That sounds like a great plan! Congratulations on making it to the semi-finals of the Biggest Loser competition. We hope you have a wonderful time in Chicago and enjoy your vacation. Have a safe trip!

Hey there! Sorry to hear that you had a rough week, but don't be too hard on yourself. Life can get busy and it's important to prioritize our health and well-being. Congrats on making it to the semi-finals of the Biggest Loser! That's a great accomplishment and you should be proud of yourself. And don't worry about not being able to attend the final weigh-in, you'll still have a great time in Chicago and you'll come back even more motivated to continue your weight loss journey. Keep up the good work and remember to take care of yourself first.
