Is this going to be updated or even in the new kits??? I like that it had info for creating your list of 100, contact words for our first shows
What goes in a host packet (although I know you get those in the new kit) Recommended supplies for your office

The ones I currently have still have the SS program - My director/recruiter gave me one when I got started and told me to use the one in my kit for my first recruit. With the new program it is important to get them started as soon as possible.

Thoughts comments - Can you tell I am nervous and have an interview in 2 hours???

There is no Welcome Booklet. I think the HO is strongly encouraging us to carry Quick Start boxes now due to the new rewards program.

I signed a recruit earlier this month to the new program and I have her a Welcome Booklet anyway. It has good info in it to help them get started! And we're not turning in her agreement until next Tuesday when she gets paid, so it helped her book her first shows.

I am so nervous - This is my second recruit interview - Consultant #3 hopefully Consultant #1 went inactive and he signed from my first show so my director worked with him. I want my furture directorship back but what is most important is what she needs not what I want.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a host packet and why is it important for my Pampered Chef business?

A host packet is a collection of materials provided to potential hosts to help them understand the benefits of hosting a Pampered Chef party. It typically includes product catalogs, order forms, and information about host rewards. A well-prepared host packet is crucial as it sets the tone for the party and motivates hosts to engage their guests, ultimately leading to higher sales and bookings.

What should I include in a host packet?

A comprehensive host packet should include the following items: a current product catalog, a host rewards flyer, a party planning checklist, a few recipe cards featuring popular products, and a personalized note from you. Additionally, consider including a small gift or incentive, such as a sample product or a discount coupon, to encourage hosts to book their party.

How can I personalize my host packets to increase engagement?

Personalizing host packets can significantly increase engagement. Include a handwritten note that addresses the host by name and expresses your excitement about their party. Tailor the contents based on the host’s interests or previous experiences with Pampered Chef. For example, if they love baking, include recipes and products related to baking. This personal touch can make hosts feel valued and more likely to promote their party.

What are some recommended supplies for creating effective host packets?

To create effective host packets, you will need several supplies: sturdy folders or envelopes to hold the materials, high-quality printed catalogs and flyers, clear plastic sleeves for protecting documents, and labels for easy organization. Additionally, consider using colorful paper or decorative elements to make the packet visually appealing. Having these supplies on hand will streamline the process and enhance the professionalism of your packets.

How often should I update my host packets?

It’s important to update your host packets regularly, ideally every season or when new products are released. This ensures that the information is current and reflects the latest promotions and host rewards. Regular updates also keep your materials fresh and engaging, which can help maintain interest among potential hosts and encourage them to book parties with you.
