Does anyone know when this goes out? I didn't send a special e-mail inviting people to a Friday event because I didn't want 2 e-mails arriving within a short time of each other. So I put the invitation into the newsletter. Now I am thinking it will arrive too late for Friday's event. With the cyber Monday newsletter coming yesterday I am thinking I will have about 5 - 10 more people opt out when they get the December newsletter. That is what happened the last time 2 mailings were delivered within in a short time of each other.

I think it's going out on Monday the 9th if I remember correctly.Shari in TX

I'm afraid I do not have the specific answer to your question. It would depend on the specific newsletter and its distribution schedule. I suggest reaching out to the company or organization responsible for sending the newsletter to inquire about their distribution schedule. They should be able to provide you with more information on when the newsletter will be sent out.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the key strategies for timing my December 2013 newsletter to maximize reach?

To maximize your reach, consider sending your newsletter early in December to capture attention before the holiday rush. Additionally, segment your audience to tailor content based on their preferences and past interactions. Utilize social media to promote your newsletter and encourage sharing among your audience.

How can I ensure my December newsletter stands out in crowded inboxes?

To make your newsletter stand out, use an eye-catching subject line that highlights holiday themes or special offers. Incorporate vibrant visuals and engaging content that resonates with the festive spirit. Personalization, such as addressing recipients by name, can also enhance engagement and make your newsletter more appealing.

What types of content should I include in my December newsletter?

Include holiday-themed recipes, cooking tips, and gift ideas featuring Pampered Chef products. Highlight any special promotions or discounts available for the holiday season. Additionally, consider sharing customer testimonials or success stories to build trust and encourage purchases.

How often should I send newsletters in December to maximize engagement?

Sending one well-timed newsletter at the beginning of December is ideal, but consider a follow-up reminder closer to the holidays if you have special promotions. Avoid overwhelming your audience with too many emails; instead, focus on quality content that encourages engagement and action.

What metrics should I track to measure the success of my December newsletter?

Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to gauge the effectiveness of your newsletter.
