I am looking for a team I can become part of that can offer me mentoring and push me in the direction of achieving personal and team sell and recruiting goals. Please PM if your interested in offering this assistance. Thanks! -Nick

Is there not a local director who offers meetings that you can attend in person?

My director is located in the states. There is no active directors in Italy.. There is on 3 consultants in Sicily, including me. They have no desire to get together.

LOL Well, aren't you with just a fun bunch of consultants in Italy! ;)I was lucky that I had Directors still in Japan when I left to do meetings for my team. Now that they have all left, some of the Team Leaders have stepped up & volunteered to continue. I don't have a Dallas team yet, so I'm not yet doing meetings here.Hopefully you'll find someone who can help you out. But please know that you don't have to attend meetings to succeed. I didn't have anyone local doing meetings when I decided to step up my business and promote. I just did it! Where there's a will, there's a way. ;)
