My recruiter helped me every step of the way mostly by e-mails because that is all we really could do. The online training really helped and my recruiter was there to answer all my questions and help me out with HO when I needed it.
You can't. It's because they're all military with APO addresses.chefmelody said:Not to thread-hijack, but I didn't know you could sign consultants in another country! I've got a friend in Canada that I'd love to sign...
You can sign someone in Canada but they would not be in your downlline. they would be assigned to someone in Canada and you would get a referral bonus. If she wants to sign I would call HO for the details.chefmelody said:Not to thread-hijack, but I didn't know you could sign consultants in another country! Long distance recruiting refers to the process of hiring team members or consultants who live in different states or regions from where the recruiter is based. In direct sales, this allows businesses to expand their reach and build a diverse team, leveraging technology for communication and training.
When recruiting across state lines, it's important to understand the legal requirements for doing business in each state. This may include registering your business, understanding tax implications, and complying with state-specific labor laws. Consulting with a legal expert familiar with multi-state operations can help ensure compliance.
Effective training for long-distance recruits can be achieved through online platforms such as video conferencing, webinars, and social media groups. Providing comprehensive training materials, regular check-ins, and fostering a supportive online community can help new recruits feel connected and informed.
There are several tools available to facilitate long distance recruiting, including video conferencing software (like Zoom or Skype), project management tools (like Trello or Asana), and communication platforms (like Slack or Facebook Groups). These tools help maintain communication, organization, and collaboration among team members regardless of their location.
Building a strong team culture with remote recruits involves creating opportunities for connection and engagement. This can include virtual team-building activities, regular team meetings, and recognition programs. Encouraging open communication and fostering a sense of belonging can help remote team members feel valued and integrated into the team culture.
