Interested in Hosting a Fundraising Show with Pampered Chef?

In summary, Leah Hudson from The Pampered Chef contacted the customer to inquire about raising money for the organization. The customer replied that they are a fan of the company's stoneware, cookware, and Simple Additions products. They would love to be able to serve as a consultant in the future.

I was doing customer care emails/ calls the other day and this is the email and response I got back from a customer a few mins ago. I did omit her name on purpose.

Thanks for getting back to me. I belong to an organization - actually
several- that needs funds. One is Integrated Services Network which is
a brokerage which advocates for adults with developmental
disabilities. Another is Special Olympics.Another Our Saviour's
Lutheran Church. We have held several "parties" from time to time to
raise funds or to re-equip the Church Kitchens. It is possible that we
might want to do that again. Right now, I am in the middle of the
Spring Break Lunch Program for Seaside, so I cannot make any plans.
However, I would like to discuss options with you and perhaps we could
schedule a show/party in mid May or early June. Please keep in touch.
Thanks. XYZ

Hi XYZ,

How are you doing? I spoke with you about two weeks ago at the
Seaside Bridal Fair about the Pampered Chef. At the time you filled
out a drawing slip to be entered to win a prize. You expressed an
interest in Fund-Rasing Show, and when products go on sale that are
on your wish list. What kind of organization are you wanting to do
fund raising for? Is their an event that your wanting to raise money
for or is it jsut to earn extra money for the orgianzation?
I am assuming that your an avid Pampered Chef collector... becasue
you asked me to let you know when things go on special that are on
your wish list. Are you a fan of our stoneware? Cookware? The Simple
Addditions? Or is a combo of everything in the catalog? I would
love to be able to better serve you as your Pampered Chef
Consutlant in the future. Please feel free to ask questions of me..
so I can better help you.

Thank You,

Leah Hudson

Hi Leah,

Thank you for reaching out to me again. I apologize for the delay in responding, as I have been busy with the Spring Break Lunch Program for Seaside. I am interested in doing a Fund-Raising Show for my organization, Integrated Services Network, which advocates for adults with developmental disabilities. We have held several successful shows in the past and would love to do another one in mid May or early June. I will be in touch with you to discuss further details and schedule a date. Thank you for your willingness to help and for being such a great Pampered Chef consultant. I look forward to working with you again.

Best, XYZ
