I just wanted to let everyone know that I just called, and a lady answered immediately. There was no wait time!
 
Yes, but it is also early in the morning. I am sure their call volume picks up in the afternoon. I called them a couple of days ago in the late afternoon and my call-back wait time was an hour and a half.
 
I called 2 nights ago. I couldn't get a call back since I am in Germany and the recording said my wait would be 55-65 minutes. I decided to wait and work on paperwork while listening to their wonderful music(ha). Get this......my call was taken 8 minutes later. Funny huh?

I've heard a lot of stories like that. I've always opted for call back, but I think next time I might just stick it out!
 
I have sat on there for 45 minutes before...not fun!!

I called last night about 4:45 p.m. and received the message for a call back. Received call about 35-40 minutes later just like the message stated. Very nice (clear english speaking) individual called me back. Answered all of my questions (had a list) then referred me to the Test Kitchen for one of my questions. I left word for the Test Kitchen to call me back and a very friendly man returned my call first thing this morning. I love customer service!!!
 
I think I need to start calling....my emails seem to take days!!
