Or maybe by leadership!PamperedDor said:Signed my first recruit on the last day of my Super Starter month 3 and second the day after - (couldn't get her to sign before!!) Both have since gone inactive -
FYI - one of the top recruiters in the company (Jillian) didnt sign her first recruit till she was in the business 2 YEARS!!
I am trying to get all of mine to stay active and continue to recruit - not looking good for directorship by July - but maybe next year!!
It typically took me about 3 to 6 months into my business before I signed my first recruit. This allowed me to build confidence in my own sales abilities and understand the Pampered Chef products better, which made it easier to share the opportunity with others.
I focused on building relationships and sharing my passion for the Pampered Chef products. I also hosted cooking shows and engaged with my customers, which naturally led to conversations about the business opportunity.
Yes, I faced challenges such as overcoming my own fears of rejection and not knowing how to approach potential recruits. However, I learned to focus on the benefits of the business and how it could help others, which made the conversation easier.
My advice would be to be genuine and share your own journey. Talk about how the business has impacted your life and how it can benefit others. Also, don’t rush the process; building relationships takes time.
Signing my first recruit was a significant milestone that boosted my confidence and motivated me to grow my team further. It also opened up new opportunities for collaboration and support, which helped both of us succeed in our Pampered Chef businesses.
