I've written a quick note to my team members about NC. I wrote just a few sentences about the new products and am including a mini-catalog with the note.

I let them know about the social media announcement and encouraged them to take the online courses.

Most importantly, I told them a little about what the guest speakers had to say. I told them about the No Quotient quiz and provided them with the code. I am offering a gift to each one who completes the quiz and emails or calls me with their No Quotient and their No Goal by next Sunday.

How are you encouraging your team with things you learned at NC?

ohhhh I need to do this! Trying to wrap my brain around biz stuff while baking birthday cake and prepping for the county fair. I can do it!

Thanks, Rae! I totally forgot about the No Quotient Quiz. I'll take that today. We have our cluster meeting tomorrow evening, and I told my AD while we were sitting in General Session that I'm going to challenge my team to get 100 NOs by 8/20 (so they can start the day after the meeting). As a reward, I'll pay for a pedicure or manicure (I only have 3 people on my team, and only one who might try to take on the challenge, so it's not going to cost me much money). Since my team did not attend NC, I'll also write up the best tips I received at NC and share those.Encouraging them to save for and invest in NC 2011 will be an ongoing project over the next 9-10 months.

Sarah, I like the idea of a mani or pedi. I plan to give PC$ so that they can get new products or new paperwork.

Dear team members,I am so excited about the new products that were announced at NC! I hope you all have had a chance to check out the mini-catalog that I have included with this note. These products are going to be a game-changer for our business, and I can't wait to see how you all incorporate them into your demonstrations.I also wanted to remind you all about the social media announcement and encourage you to take advantage of the online courses. These courses are a great way to stay up-to-date with the latest product information and sales techniques.Lastly, I want to share with you some of the valuable insights that the guest speakers had to offer. The No Quotient quiz was eye-opening for me, and I encourage you all to take it and see where you stand. Don't forget to email or call me with your No Quotient and No Goal by next Sunday, and I will have a special gift for each of you.I am constantly learning and growing from events like NC, and I am excited to see how we can all apply these new learnings to our business.
