I started with PC back in August of last year. I have been surfing Chef Success for the past couple of months and finally starting posting. There is so much info on this site, that it is mind blowing. All of you are so wonderful in sharing everything from recipes to business tips. I have really been looking at the Director threads lately because, I think that I might be ready to start recruiting. I have been pushing it to the side because I wanted to learn everything myself first. I handle my shows by making it about the hosts and the guests, so I think I should make recruiting all about them also. If they don't know how easy our job is, they won't sign. I would appreciate any ideas and info on how to get myself started. Thanks !

Welcome to our virtual family!! If you go to search and type in the topic you will find many many threads on what you are looking for!

(on a side note, this is my 1,000th post, and I got myself a star! YIPPEE)
