1. It's about 12x12 in size (not sure if that is the actual size--my best guesstimate)
2. Capable of holding up to 16 regular-sized cupcakes or 48 mini cupcakes (tried it yesterday for my son's school)
3. Has slots to hold 24 deviled eggs with a groove that will prevent the eggs from getting stuck in the slots
4. The deviled egg holders double as ice packs and they will keep food chilled for at least 4-6 hours (tried that out also yesterday and it DEFINITELY is true)
5. It has two removeable trays that can hold veggies or chips and dip, whipped topping & fruit or anything similar
I made the strawberry cream cupcakes (not sure if that's the official name--cookbook is downstairs) as mini cupcakes and took them to my fundraiser yesterday. I froze the ice pack, put the strawberries and whipped topping in the tray on one side and 24 of the cupcakes on the other side minus the tray and ice pack. Everything stayed chilled from 8:30 a.m. until well after 1 p.m. I am VERY impressed with this tray! DEFINITELY plan on taking to the BBQ I am going to Monday.
To effectively describe a Pampered Chef product, focus on its unique features, benefits, and how it solves a problem for the customer. Use descriptive language that highlights the product's quality, versatility, and ease of use. Share personal experiences or testimonials to create a connection and demonstrate the product's value.
When describing a product, emphasize its key features such as material quality, size, functionality, and any special technology or design elements. Additionally, mention any unique selling points, such as being dishwasher safe, multi-purpose, or backed by a warranty, to enhance the product's appeal.
To tailor your product descriptions, first identify the specific needs and preferences of your customers. Ask questions to understand their cooking habits, lifestyle, and challenges. Then, customize your descriptions to address those needs, highlighting how the product can make their cooking experience easier or more enjoyable.
Engaging customers can be achieved by asking open-ended questions, encouraging them to share their cooking experiences, and inviting them to visualize using the product in their own kitchens. Use storytelling techniques to create a relatable scenario and make the product more appealing. Additionally, consider using demonstrations or samples to create a hands-on experience.
When handling customer objections, listen carefully to their concerns and acknowledge them. Provide clear, factual information that addresses their objections, and share success stories or testimonials from other customers. Offer solutions or alternatives that may better meet their needs, and reassure them of the product's quality and effectiveness.
