A popular shirt featuring the slogan "My Deep Covered Baker can beat up your Crock Pot" has captured attention at recent events, with many expressing interest in acquiring one. The shirts, spotted in pink and light blue, were noted for their catchy design and humorous messaging. There is speculation that these shirts were custom-made, possibly through a local t-shirt shop. Discussions include potential design variations, such as incorporating a cartoon image of the Deep Covered Baker, and suggestions for additional slogans like "$2 per serving, 30 minutes or less, that's what I call a Happy Meal." Participants are exploring options for creating similar shirts, including using online design services like Zazzle or CafePress, and considering the legal implications of using copyrighted images from Pampered Chef. Overall, there is a strong desire for these shirts due to their unique appeal and conversation-starting potential.
Becky...that's funny.

These are cute ideas for shirts.

Point taken, Becky - that might invite alot of unwelcome comments!

I like the idea, and think it's cute - but personally, I'd never wear a shirt that said "Ask Me How I Do It" :o

That's 'cause your mind's in the gutter. LOL!

I'm not a t-shirt wearer. I will say, thought, that the pink ones I saw were eye-catching. I feel the same about the "Take Charge! Take Action!" t-shirts they threw out into the crowd. Great idea, but not for me.

Becky - thanks for the great laugh! I saw the ones that someone else mentioned that said My DCB can kick your crock pots butt! and there was a clock for one of the o's. I think they were light blue with brown and white on them. I think one of my cluster mates either wrote it down or took a pic. I'll have to ask. The girl wearing it said her Director had them made up (we were wave #1).

I know, it's sad....I'm sure that she didn't even think of that as she was designing her shirt, but I just had to go there.

I'm sorry!

If I was to take it to a local place were I live and have them do it could I use a picture of the Deep Covered Baker off of the pictures that Pampered Chef offers to us to use on our websites? These are all really cute ideas and the place that I am thinking about does all kinds of shirts and other things with sparkle stones and thinking of having them do some kind of baker in stones with the writing or something on that sorts.

Those images are for website use, and are copyright by HO. We're not supposed to use them willy-nilly.

The look of the wording I think would look great along with an illustrated picture of the DCB. Yeah, I wouldn't use the images from the website or catalog due to their copyright.

Ann is right. However, is anything stopping you from taking a picture of your own DCB and using it?

The word "butt" is spelled wrong. They forgot the second "t"

That was me... I was in a hurry... I was just trying to give an idea of what I saw. This is not an actual design of a shirt I saw at NC.

UGH!! I so cannot DRAW!!!

Joy that looks awesome

Joy, that's fantastic! So cute. would love to have that on a shirt.

Love it!!!

I was lucky enough in Wave 1 to get one of the pink shirts; if you want the Director's information who designed the shirt email me...

Ooo, ooo, me, me, me!

Can anyone think of anything clever to put on the back, I want to wear this to the gym and most people see my back. I thought about putting this on the back - but I just seems out of place.

I think it would be fine on the back and perhaps just put something on the front over the right chest area...maybe even "Ask me how..." and then it leads into whats on the back. Just an idea but its definitely do-able on the back. I'd wear it to the gym as well (or anywhere else)!

I agree, I was thinking of putting it on the back and putting the "dinner for $2 a serving, under 30 minutes.............." on the front

Yeah, I like the idea of "Ask Me How!" on the front upper chest, rather than Ask Me How I Do It!

I also like the idea of the baker in glitter.

I don't think I'd have a pic of a crockpot.
But maybe a piggy bank behind the $2; a clock behind the 30 (or 30 minutes).
And how about a facsimile of the Dots plate and glass after Happy Meal?

I like the Happy Meal quote the best. But I agree. I don't want to explain "what" I do. It reminds me of the t-shirt I had to wear when I worked for a hot dog stand in highschool. My shirt said "Bite the big one at Roakes". How embarrassing!

Me too. I'd like to see the Happy Meal quote made with the neat drawing Joy made. How about it Joy?

If you go to post #40 on this thread, you can see Joy's design!

I DID NOT add a price increase on these. You are paying CafePress directly and I'm not making a penny! So please don't go complain on me for "selling" a drawing of the DCB. ;)I took the DCB idea and did designs for dark & light items in a rectangle, square & circle layouts. There are LOTS of options with clothing, mouse pads, coffee cups, clocks, etc. Here's the linkOf course, if you want to browse around and order some of my baby ideas, I certainly won't complain! LOLI've done a lot of the baby onesies with the "Hello I'm ____" theme but I can also do those on adult size shirts if any of you want to order one for conference next year. I can do just your name or I can do special order designs with your name and title with PC.

Oops! I forgot to show you the design:

That looks cool Sheila. Can you design: $2 per serving, 30 minutes or less, that's what I call a Happy Meal!

and still using the DCB. I thought that was a great picture.

No, I'm not risking getting in trouble with McDonald's over their tag line. Sorry!
