My cluster meetings are right about 90 minutes from my home. People have suggested to me that 3 hours round trip is too much, but I go every month. I live far enough away that she would send me the notes and any handouts from the meeting. However, I learn as much (if not more) from the give and take with the other consultants.Plus, while I am a reader, a piece of paper isn't nearly as inspiring as a big Woooo Hooooo! from real, live people. http://www.thesmilies.com/smilies/jumping0045.gif
Having your first consultant recruited means that you have successfully brought someone onto your team as a fellow Pampered Chef consultant. This is an exciting milestone that signifies growth in your direct sales business and opens up new opportunities for collaboration and support.
Recruiting your first consultant can significantly impact your business by increasing your potential for sales and income. It allows you to leverage your team's efforts, share best practices, and create a supportive environment that can lead to greater success for everyone involved.
As a sponsor, you will provide guidance, training, and support to your new consultant. This includes helping them understand the Pampered Chef products, teaching them about sales techniques, and assisting them in setting and achieving their business goals.
Having a team in direct sales offers numerous benefits, including shared motivation, increased sales potential, and the ability to host team events. It also fosters a sense of community and collaboration, making the business more enjoyable and rewarding for everyone involved.
You can celebrate this achievement by hosting a team gathering, sharing the news on social media, or offering a small incentive or gift to your new consultant. Recognizing this milestone not only boosts morale but also encourages others to consider joining your team in the future.
