Every month is a nail biter to see if I'll be paid as D because my SC lines are so inconsistent.

Thanks all of you but I have to say - when I read things like this it just baffles me. I have all of YOU guys as my inspiration - I look at all of you and strive to be as good as you all. I want to GROW a TEAM and TEACH my team and SHARE the business with people. Selling is great - but I wanna become a better recruiter and trainer like all of you guys!!!

I totally forgot about the Elite seller status--I was bummed because even though I will turn in $7000+ I wouldn't be paid as a director because my team isn't stepping up...but I forgot about that! It's 6K or 7K? I don't remember
