I have been with the company for 3 years and have been a director for 1 and 1/2 years. Pretty much every incentive we've been challeneged with - I have earned. Plus...as a Director I have earned two sets of every new-season's stuff. Plus before I ever became a consultant I was a HUGE-party-throwin'-hostess...so I have all the stuff I earned off my shows.
