This was in the PWS update for April email:

On Tuesday, March 25 and April 8, we will be performing routine maintenance on our Personal Websites. Due to this maintenance Personal Websites will not be available from 11:59pm to 4am CT on both of these days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Do you think it means 11:59pm on the 25th so ending on the morning of the 26th? Or starting 11:59pm on the 24th and ending on the 25th?

It shouldn't affect us too much, but I'd just like to know as 11:59 is 9:59 over here and I could potentially get some customers who will get an error message.
 
I'm guessing it is the morning of the 25th and they are taking it down a minute or so earlier...
