My cousin went to the Emeril Agassi restaurant in Las Vegas while he was out there for his honeymoon. They had a chance to order off of the chefs menu which means they had a little bit of everything. My cousin is not normally a dessert person but really loved the cinnamon bread pudding (so much that he asked for a second). We have checked the website and everything to no avail. So I ask my fellow cheffers for help. Do you know a really good recipe for cinnamon bread pudding?

No idea - but here I thought this thread was going to have a new aha! recipe with our sprinkles or seasoning for some - it sounds way yummy! Let us know if you find or make one!

This is a really good one. You MUST make it with day old croissants, though...it's the bomb!

I have added extra "bread" (I think I did 5 cups or so) and I always add our Cinnamon or our Cinnamon plus. Also....I use our double strength vanilla but keep the amount the same cuz I love the rich vanilla flavor. If they like pineapple, you can also drain a can of crushed pineapple and sprinkle it over the top before baking. YUMMO!

Frequently Asked Questions

What ingredients do I need for the Delicious Cinnamon Bread Pudding?

To make the Delicious Cinnamon Bread Pudding, you will need the following ingredients: stale bread (such as French or Italian), eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and raisins or nuts (optional). You may also want to have butter for greasing the baking dish.

How do I prepare the bread for the pudding?

Start by cutting the stale bread into cubes. If the bread is not stale, you can dry it out by toasting it in the oven at a low temperature for a few minutes. This helps the bread absorb the custard mixture better.

What is the baking time and temperature for the bread pudding?

The Delicious Cinnamon Bread Pudding should be baked in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 to 55 minutes. It is done when the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Can I make this bread pudding ahead of time?

Yes, you can prepare the bread pudding mixture ahead of time. Assemble the pudding and cover it tightly with plastic wrap or foil, then refrigerate it for up to 24 hours before baking. Just remember to let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before placing it in the oven.

What are some serving suggestions for the Cinnamon Bread Pudding?

This delicious dessert can be served warm or at room temperature. You can enhance its flavor by drizzling it with caramel sauce, serving it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or topping it with whipped cream. A dusting of powdered sugar or a sprinkle of cinnamon can also add a nice touch.
