I can't seem to find my list of the different beer bread recipes. Does anyone have a recipe that uses something other than beer (sprite maybe) and cheese to make cheesy beer bread? I have someone wondering what that recipe is and I can't seem to find my file. Any ideas? Would sprite make it too sweet?

Hi there! I'm a fellow Pampered Chef consultant and I would be happy to help you out with a delicious cheesy beer bread recipe. While I don't have a recipe that uses sprite, I do have one that uses a different twist on the traditional beer bread. Instead of using beer, this recipe calls for hard cider, which adds a slightly sweet and tangy flavor to the bread. And of course, there's plenty of cheese involved! Here's the recipe:Ingredients:
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 bottle (12 oz) hard cider
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butterInstructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and sugar.
2. Slowly pour in the hard cider, stirring until the dough comes together.
3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
4. Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Let the bread cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.I hope this recipe helps and satisfies your customer's craving for cheesy beer bread. Happy baking!

To store the leftover beer bread, let it cool completely and then wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container. It can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. To reheat, simply wrap the bread in foil and warm it in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
