My husband asked me today if he could sell pampered chef, and he was serious! Can I recruit him?

No but someone on your team could. Be aware though if one of you earns a trip you can't take the other as your guest - consultants can't take consultants. Besides your friends and family would be split between you and it could hurt both your businesses. I would have him work with you as a team. Remember though that you are the only one insured with the PC liability insurance.

There is a question on the agreement about does this person live at the same address as you. Can't recruit anyone in your home. Like my mom lives with me now so I could not sign her (she just goes with and washes dishes! LOL!)

I agree, YOU can't recruit him. But your upline can recruit him. Remember though, if either of you earn an incentive trip, you can't take the other one. Consultants can't be the "guest" ~ it's too easy for them to work as a team, pushing all the sales to one side to earn trips ... so Home Office had to make that rule.
