I am not an expert but the carry all tote has 2 dividers in it making it 3 smaller compartments while the Consultant Tote has one large space in the middle and on the sides you have a little compartment. The carry all is smaller in size overall as well. Tracy

I am not sure why you are transporting the EAD with the filling but I usually make the brownies ahead of time in the mini-muffin pan but use plenty of veg. oil. I make the filling at the show. I cover the browne pan and transport to the show. When I arrive I usually put the brownie cups on...

I use mine to make iced tea. Fill 1/2 way with water, put in tea bag, microwave for 5 minutes and you have tea!
