Getting the Word Out - Car Window Decals or Magnets?

Another point for the taking them off for the teenage son...how is his driving? I would hate for him to cut someone off and thinking that it was the very responsible Pampered Chef lady! I have been so freaked out about being a bad driver once I got my sticker on my car!

Discover Your Psycho Geometric Shape with Dr. Susan Dellinger!

This time I was a circle/squiggle but I love the comment "In an ideal world, you would not have to work at all...you would just play all day." Isn't that what we all do? I consider my job "playing!"

Discover Your Psycho Geometric Shape with Dr. Susan Dellinger!

Ok, I find it interesting that the first time I took it, I was pure squiggle, second time pure triangle, and this time pure circle...no half and half with me but apparently I change color (shape) with the mood/question. My hubby is a triangle, but not quite obsesive enough to take it more than...

Quick Tips During Shows (Let's Share!!)

Grind the peels from oranges, lemon, limes, etc down your disposal to keep your sink fresh! To clean your microwave, put a little vinegar water in a prep bowl and microwave for 1 minute, let stand for 10 minutes, and wipe all that gross stuff away easily.

Is It Okay to Attend Meetings with a Different Director?

I used to drive 1 1/2 hours each way, each month for my cluster meetings. I never missed a meeting. It was totally worth it to me. There were no closer directors either. Once I promoted to director, my director and I joined forced between our houses which is where most of her and my team...

Forged Cutlery Breaking Tips: Anyone Else Having Problems?

Is anyone else having problems with people returning their forged cutlery because they are breaking the tips off? I have returned four so far! One utility, 2 chef's and 1 santuko. Thank goodness for our guarentee, but...I have a consultant who has a customer that after two different knives...

    Well, I Tried...inactive Consultant Leads

Just had to put in my experience! I had been on vacation when the list came out, but came home to a phone message from one of the ladies who received the packet saying that she wanted to have a show, but she would have to wait a month or so as she just (six days before) had a baby! I couldn't...

Bevs & Bites: Cooking Demo for Young Partygoers

I actually just did a show for a crowd like this (only mostly girls) and it was great ($1300 in sales and 7 bookings great!) I would encourage him to also include family members and friends he might have that are older and more experienced in the kitchen. But realize that these kids grew up on...

Has Anybody Experienced a Home Exchange?

My in-laws actually do this about once a year and have done it at least 10 years. They have always had really good exchanges. They have even met previous exchanges at the next one. I had the opportunity to go to France with my MIL last month and it was awesome! The thing is that by the time...

Revisiting Movie Classics: The Breakfast Club, Ace Ventura, and The Wizard of Oz

Ok, I might get blasted for this one but...Jerry Maguire? I don't know if it was the kid or "you complete me." My brother thinks that this is one of the worst movies ever because a guy can treat the girl like crap through the whole thing, but finally figure it out and get redeemed. I like the...

Revisiting Movie Classics: The Breakfast Club, Ace Ventura, and The Wizard of Oz

You can tell who is in thier 30-something stage...by all the 80's movies! Love all of those brat-pack movies, princess bride, shawshank, heathers, man there have been some good ones mentioned here. But alas, I have a 13 yo and a toddler, so what I can recite is...shrek, cars, can sing most of...
