Another good one is mini corn dog muffins. Make a batch of corn bread batter and cut up hot dogs or use the ****tail wieners.

Finding someone, be it a spouse or just a buddy, really helps. If they exercise with you that is even better.

My wife and I have been on WW for about a year now. We both have lost over fifty pounds.
