I qualified for the forged cuttlery on March 20th. I've gotten several congrats type emails. I have not heard anything about the knives I am supposed to get. What do I do next?

I qualified today. I have received two emails regarding qualification, and PC dollars. Neither email said anything about the knives. I am ready to order!!! Neither email said anything about the web site either.... What do I do next?

I qualified today! YAY! My director is giving me a $5 gift card to Starbucks. I think that's an inexpensive gift that means a lot. I will definitely use it!
