I always make mine in the fluted stone and it always turns out great. I usually only add 6 scoops of the frosting, not sure if that makes a difference.

I had this happen to me with my host the other day as well. She had made her list and totalled everything up and after I entered everything and gave her the "true" total she couldn't believe it. She kept asking if I was sure..lol. I guess maybe I should have reworded Free Product Value as well.
I'm planning to do this cake in the fluted pan at a show tomorrow evening. How long do I let it sit before flipping it? Other cakes I know you flip immediately but leave the pan on for 10 min.
I submitted a show Saturday night as well and had one cc denied (my own that I transposed numbers on). I went in and corrected it and have received an email from HO over 140 times (seriously) stating that it was accepted. I am hoping it isn't hitting my credit card every time I get this email...
