Since starting my biggest loser comp with a freind and cousin I have lost 13lbs or so! We started in Feb. and I've tried a few different diets and cleanses to yield these results, plus stepped up the exercise regimen! Only 4 more lbs to go, to get to my Pre Prego weight and hopefully stay there...
I soo used to be a CARBO fenatic! I would eat bread or pasta over anything! Now after doing Low carb- No carb diets off and on for a few years, I stay away from most breads, with an occasional pizza crust left over from my DHs!:rolleyes:

I started my 2nd DD on soy, as she weaned a little early at 11 months and I didn't want to give her cows milk just yet. So now 3 years later, she is doing 1/2 and 1/2 soy and whole milk. And usually will not drink reg milk if by itself.

Update... Week 1 so far it's not as bad as I thought it would be! As long as you have snacks in betweeen, it's very doable! Then eat a sensible dinner (I'm doing low carb meals). So with my upped exercise schedule of 4-5 walking hours a week I hope to reach 15lbs by April! Plus the motivating...
