I think you speak for many of us. When I started with the company I knew exactly where I stood. I knew the rules and could easily understand them. This new Career Path has taken many of us back to where we started. I am in control of what I do , but I cannot force others to have the same goals...

The bottom line is we have what we will get for the month of April. Now we just need to get busy and try to get back where we were before the dreaded "New Plan" struck us all down!
