I have used the "Book to Look" incentive with success. I have a recipe box and each card has a low price item...and if they book a show...they get to look inside and pick their free gift. I give them the free gift when their show closes. The "Book to Look" incentive is also an easy way to ask...

I too was wondering if they would work...well I pulled into my son's daycare parking lot and the director flew out of the building screaming, "I didn't know you sold Pampered Chef!!! I love Pampered Chef!!" She held a show for me and I am trying to recruit her...so they work! LOL
