the key is to let the food cool completely before trying to get the cakes out.... if you are too eager to see them, before they cool you will not get cakes, you will get crumbles... I use mine a lot and I've now learned me lesson :)

I know my director uses them when she has brand new consultant, she puts the info in their new consultant folder... when they meet to get the starter kit (my director keeps like 5 in her garage at all times) I don't know how well they work or not - sorry

what we always do is the cross selling game... the director starts with an item (ALL the new items are on a table) and give a selling benefit and then say if you are thinking of purchasing this X item, you should think about purchasing this item as well, and Debbie why don't you come up and...
