How long was this cooked in the microwave or oven?

15 minutes as long as everything is melted so smaller microwaves may take longer than larger more powerful ones

Chicken Tortilla Casserole

2 cups cooked chicken

12 corn tortillas

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can Rotel tomatoes

1 can corn

1 can Black Beans

8 oz. cheddar cheese (or your favorite)

2 cloves garlic pressed

2 tbsp. Chipotle Seasoning


Shred chicken and cheese. Reserve a ¼ cup cheese. Mix all ingredients except tortillas in large bowl. Starting with corn tortillas, layer tortillas and chicken mixture into Rockcrok. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Feel free to add a little cilantro or parsley if you like it. Cover and cook in microwave for 8 minutes on high.
