Youth Bake Sale: Easy Recipes for Teens to Make!

I vollenteered to help my Youth, make some recipes to use for a bake sale.. This is there main fundraiser to help them save for camp. And they wanted to make some of the deserts thereselves instead of asking all the church memebers to donate. Anyone have some good recipes that would be a good money maker and wouldn't be too hard for teenagers to make. Thanks for all the help in advance!!

Brownie or Cake Lollipops- roll cooled baked brownies or cake into balls & poke a lollipop stick in. Can be dipped in chocolate or white candy coating, sprinkled with chopped nuts or sprinkles

Toll House bar cookies (on back of the Nestles bag) or Brownies

Peanut Blossoms
48 Hershey’s Kisses Brand Milk Chocolates
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
2 cups all-purpose biscuit baking mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
About 1/4 cup sugar

Heat oven to 375°F. Remove wrappers from Kisses.

Beat sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter in large bowl until smooth. Add baking mix and vanilla; blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until very lightly browned (do not overbake). Remove from oven; immediately press chocolate piece in center of each ball. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Store in tightly covered container. Yield: 4 dozen.
