Good Morning...Happy Tuesday!!

Tonight for dinner we are having...leftovers....I am not going to be home, so DH is reheating the baked ziti from yesterday along with a little extra ricotta and mozzerella cheeses and some sauce in the 12" skillet...he kinda fries/sautes it up and yummo:love:......also I am getting ready to make some homemade applesauce in my crockpot with, of course, PC cinnamon...that is on my schedule for tomorrow..no work, chilly out, and in the mood!!!

As for dinner, leftovers can be just as tasty as the original meal, especially if it's baked ziti with extra cheese. Yum! And homemade applesauce in the crockpot sounds amazing, especially with PC cinnamon. I might have to try that myself.Thanks for the reminder to make those calls.
