I have a bunch of opened, half used sauces in my fridge. I'm a pretty picky eater and don't really care for most of them but have used them for sampling at shows (just because I don't like it doesn't mean others won't!). They've all been open for AT LEAST 6 months (I haven't held a show in at least that long). I tried looking on the bottles for any sort of date but couldn't find one. Does anyone know or should I contact the HO?
