Try resizing the image to fit within the dimensions of 200x200 pixels and save it as a JPEG or PNG file.
This could be due to the image being too small or low quality. We recommend uploading a high-resolution image that is at least 200x200 pixels. If the image is already high resolution and still appears blurry, try clearing your browser's cache and refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact our customer support team for further assistance.
Yes, you can easily change your profile picture by going to your account settings and selecting the option to upload a new image. This will replace the current profile picture with the new one without having to delete it first.
To adjust the cropping of your profile picture, click on the image in your account settings and drag the corners to resize it. You can also click and drag the image to reposition it within the frame. Make sure to click "Save" once you are satisfied with the cropping and positioning.
If you have deleted your profile picture, it cannot be retrieved. However, you can easily upload a new image by going to your account settings and selecting the option to upload a new picture. We recommend keeping a backup of your profile picture in case you ever need to restore it.
