Trouble with Pampered Chef Soap and Lotion Shipments?

Is anyone else having problems with the soap when it is shipped? My poor customer, this is the second one and the soap has leaked out (luckily it is wrapped in cellophane) and completely ruined the label, and probably just under 1/4 of it is gone. The first time it happened it looked like the pump had been broken. This time it looks like maybe the pump wasn't tightened down.

Since this is the second one I just wondered if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Yuck! I just ordered a set, I'll let you know when it arrives what kind of shape it is in. Haven't had any problems in the past though.
