Replacement Top for Old Stoneware Baker: Help Needed!

Is there anyway to get a replacement top for the old stoneware baker? I have a customer that wants to get a replacement but her husband threw away the broken piece before she could send back. Thanks.

I would call PC and ask about it. They usually want a piece of it back but maybe they will do something for you... Remember it has to have been purchased within the last 3 years for the warranty to cover.

I think it is the deep dish baker but I don't really know. She is checking her receipt to see if it is more than three years. I guess I'll just HO for a waiver to the return thing. Thanks....

Unfortunately, without the broken piece, we are unable to provide a replacement top. Our warranty policy requires the return of the broken piece in order to process a replacement.
