When a customer chooses to get a replacement pan or a refund towards another product.....is HO asking them to send their current pans back??
 
Don't know...good question!Not to hijack but I'm also wondering if our sample pans will be replaced?
 
They aren't asking for them back - they offer a replacement - refund or credit towards another product -

and yes - they will replace ours too -

When I have called to refund and replace those that are on backorder they say and we don't need those returned. To which I say thats good because they do not have them. Now I guess it shows up that they do not need any pans back.
 
does anyone have a clue when these will come off stop sell?
 
Great news! PC is the best!Used my medium pan tonight for classic biscuits, turned out very nice :) Next recipe: sponge cake for a rolled, lemon filled cake.
