I have a guest who attended one of my shows (potential consultant too), who had the Lap Band Procedure (for weight control) this week. I'm wondering what great recipes youall (yes, I'm from Texas) you folks have that are Light and Luscious???? Also, suggestions for re-training the mind to eat smaller meals (I'm recommending the Small Squares -- smaller plate; less food to eat). Thanks.

wow, that is different... can't they only consume tiny amounts.. less than half a cup?? I think the prep bowls would be handy for measuring the amounts and serving. Colorful SA bowls or the Entertaining Set?? Using the cut and seal would cut down on portion size for a sandwich....
 
The plates are a wonderful idea. And definitely prep bowls. Also the measure all and the food chopper. The food chopper so she can cut fresh vegies and lean meats smaller and make it look like she is eating more. As far as recipes I am not real familiar with how the Lap band procedure works so I personally would not feel comfortable recommending any recipes.
