The Planning Director Walk is designed to help coordinators navigate and coordinate their tasks effectively within the Pampered Chef organization. It provides guidance and support for planning and executing events, managing team members, and achieving goals.
The Planning Director Walk is open to all coordinators within the Pampered Chef organization. This includes new coordinators who are just starting out, as well as experienced coordinators looking to enhance their skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
The Planning Director Walk is typically held once a year, usually in the spring. However, additional walks may be scheduled depending on demand and availability.
The Planning Director Walk covers a range of topics including event planning, team management, goal setting, and company updates. It also provides an opportunity for coordinators to network and share best practices with one another.
There is no cost to attend the Planning Director Walk. It is a complimentary event for coordinators within the Pampered Chef organization. However, attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
